Re-consider our Mission Statement (now 9 years old!) with the complete involvement of my team 2. I have emailed everyone in my team and asked them to complete an Emotional Values table 3. On Monday we will be putting together a Brand Personality Picture Board. From this we shall be choosing a number of graphics to put up by each of our desks to encourage a team feel for who and what we are with a daily reminder! So all in all, thank you Jonathan and Business Link. I thoroughly enjoyed the session, and took away with me 3 specific actions:-
